Where can I get answers to technology questions on the Internet?
Moderator: compserv@nmmi.edu (inherited from parent)
CNET Help.com http://www.help.com/ is a web site to find hundreds of thousands of computer and technology questions and answers, culled from Usenet newsgroups and submitted by users around the world. The best part is, it's all free. Vendor websites are a natural resource, for example Dell at http://www.dell.com. Another site is http://groups.google.com. Yet another site is http://computer.howstuffworks.com/
