Password issues, how can I get the intranet webpage to take my username?
Moderator: compserv@nmmi.edu (inherited from parent)
Outlook Web Access (OWA), IQ.Web, WebCT and Intranet web pages require a username, password and possibly a domain to authenticate each user. Unfortunately this can be unclear in some web browsers. Depending on which combination of prompts you get you should use the following:
2 box prompt: Username/Password (most instances) 3 box prompt: Username/Password/Domain (may need to push More>> button to reveal domain)
  • Username: one of the following
    • nmmi-nt\username
    • username
    • username@nmmi.local
  • Password: hopefully you know this
  • Username: the same one you use on NMMI's computers (for Cadets, it's your 9 digit ID #)
  • Password: hopefully you know this
  • Domain: NMMI-NT
