Is there an easy way to change the identity that shows up in the 'From' line of outgoing messages?

From Topica's tip of the day for Outlook 2000 for 11/20/2000

From your Inbox, select Tools, Accounts. Select the account you want to change, then click Properties. On the General tab, type whatever name you'd like in the Name box. Click OK, and then click Close.
