How do you add a "signature" at the end of messages like so many people do?

To add a signature:

Click Tools, Options and select the Mail Format tab. Click the Signature Picker button, and click New. Enter a name for your signature (maybe Standard or Personal). Click "Start With A Blank Signature". Type in the text you want for your signature (name, company, email address, phone number, etc. Click Finish, then click OK.
