What should I use for a password?

Your password should NOT be your name or anything someone can associate with you, like your favorite football team. These examples are what are called "trivial." Trivial passwords are so simple that they are easy to guess. Your password should be at least 6 characters and should include both letters and numbers. A good suggestion is to use a name of a pet with numbers substituted for letters, such as "rov3rd0g" (roverdog). Passwords should be changed every 30 days. Another suggestion is to choose a word and place the month in the form of numbers at the beginning, following syllables or at the end of the word. An example of this in the month of March would be ro03verdog or 03caseykitty. The idea is to stump the hacker making it as difficult to guess but easy enough for you to remember.
