How do you select all the text between the cursor and the end of the line, paragraph or end of document? |

To select all the text between the cursor and the end of the current line, press [Shift][End]. In addition, to select the text from the cursor through the end of the current paragraph,press [Ctrl][Shift] and the down arrow. To select the text from the cursor to the end of the document, press [Ctrl][Shift][End].
