How do you select all the text between the cursor and the end of the line, paragraph or end of document?

To select all the text between the cursor and the end of the current line, press [Shift][End]. In addition, to select the text from the cursor through the end of the current paragraph,press [Ctrl][Shift] and the down arrow. To select the text from the cursor to the end of the document, press [Ctrl][Shift][End].
