TODAY'S TOPICA TIP (1/16/2001): WORD: FOOTNOTE AND ENDNOTE SHORTCUT KEYS
You don't need to define any shortcuts to add footnotes and endnotes to your documents. Word already furnishes shortcuts for footnotes and endnotes. To add a footnote, click where you want it to appear and then press Ctrl-Alt-F. The Footnotes will open at the bottom of the document window. Type in your footnote and click Close. To add an endnote, press Ctrl-Alt-E.
