How can I update my Windows operating system?

Windows Update Service

Windows is the most popular computer operating system in the world. As such, there are an extreme number of worms, viruses and Trojans that attach the Windows operating system. In virtually all cases the newly released malware utilizes a security hole in the operating system Microsoft has patched weeks or months before. Why then do the viruses spread so rapidly, because users do not update their Windows operating system. It is a free service of Microsoft and one that must be used in a large network environment like NMMI. To fail to keep your system updated will result in infection with the latest malware, infection of others on the network and in being disconnected for failure to follow the CAUP.
