Why don't my contacts show up in Outlook Web Access?

When using Outlook on NMMI's exchange server, you can have multiple folders for contacts. However Outlook Web Access (OWA) will not search through them when checking the email address in a new message.
Solution: Microsoft is aware of this limitation and there is no known workaround. Outlook Web Access will only search through the Global Address List (GAL), and your mailbox's Contact folder, but not subsequent sub-folders or your Personal Address Book (PAB) or your Personal file (.pst) Moving your contacts back into the main contact folder is the only way to have them available to OWA auto completion. You can still click on Contacts and then open the contact and click the "Send mail to contact" button on the toolbar.
